Life happens, and the last thing a client wants is to be rushed through their long-awaited massage session.
Please call us ASAP to let us know that you will be late so that possible accommodations can be made.
Due to our busy booking schedules, if a client is over 10 minutes late, a full session cannot be guaranteed.
If it is unavoidable that the session must be cut short due to a subsequent client's time allotment, the price of a full session will still apply.
However, because your complete satisfaction is important to us, please specify to the therapist your focus areas so that we can customize your shortened session to meet your most immediate needs.
